Yuanfen Village, an urban village in Longhua District, has become an “internet celebrity” after a face-lift. The village has not only improved sanitation, but also painted buildings and roads to make them more attractive. More than 108 buildings in the village have taken on a new look. More public spaces have been developed and smart community management has been introduced to the village. Weitang Youth Community, which is a model building in the village, is well received by young people.
