The plan outlines the construction of a multi-layered intelligent computing power supply system with five major features — connecting to Shenzhen's computing power dispatch platform, creating a district-level computing power dispatch center, developing rental computing power, accelerating the development of green AI, and building intelligent computing special network infrastructure.
