Guided by the philosophy of “integrating classical architecture and rosewood display”, the exterior and interior design of the museum presents the inheritance and development of classical architecture. With a floor area of 15,000 m2, the three-story building is divided into several functional areas, such as exhibition halls, a conference center, a supporting services area, garden landscape area, etc. With an area of more than 8,000 m2 and boasting over 3,800 pieces of exhibits, the exhibition halls include a prologue hall, exhibition halls of rose wood culture and crafts hall, an inventory hall, and an experience hall for woodwork, etc. Most collections at the museum are rosewood furniture and carvings, Chinese calligraphy and painting, and ancient costumes. At present, the museum is actively absorbing more cultural elements from home and abroad to make it an international platform for international culture exchanges.
