Longhua-made drones shine at Dubai Expo

A light show staged by 150 drones developed by Longhua-based tech company Shenzhen DAMODA Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd graced the night sky of the China Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai, which officially opened in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Oct. 1.

A drone light show is staged at the China Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


During the four-chaptered light show, the drones showcased a variety of formations in the shapes of panda, snowflakes, pipa, the Earth, and pigeons, which extended China’s best regards to the expo, to the 2022 Winter Olympics and to the world and exemplified the achievements the country has gained in technological development.


The drone light show will run for six months until March 30, 2020.


As the only drone company displayed at the China Pavilion, DAMODA was authorized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) as an offical partner of the pavilion at the expo.

DAMODA has taken the lead in the research, development and application of drone flight control and formation technologies in China. The company has been in charge of the drone light show of CCTV Spring Festival Gala for three consecutive years and broke the Guinness World Records in 2020 through staging a show consisting of 3,055 drones.
