Shenzhen confirmed 4 new imported COVID-19 cases on Mar. 20, adding the number of imported cases in the city to 19, according to the latest figures released by the Health Commission of Shenzhen Municipality today.

　　Case 16, a 42-year-old male of Chinese nationality, returned to China from the Philippines. On Mar. 18, he flew from Manila to Hong Kong on flight CX930, then entered the Chinese mainland via Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint. His body temperature upon entry was 37.6℃. He was later quarantined for reporting his history of residence in the Philippines and showing symptoms including shivering, fatigue and diarrhea. After sampling by medics at the customs , he was later sent to a designated quarantine point on a designated vehicle for quarantine and observation. Preliminary nucleic acid test results released on Mar. 19 and reviewed results released on Mar. 20 were both positive.

　　The patient has been transferred to Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital for treatment. Preliminary tracing results show that no persons on the Chinese mainland have had close contact with the patient.

　　Case 17, a 19-year-old male of Chinese nationality, returned to China from the United Kingdom. He flew from London to Singapore on flight BA011 on Mar. 16, arrived in Singapore on Mar. 17, then boarded flight CX658 for Hong Kong on Mar. 18. He entered the Chinese mainland via Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint. His body temperature upon entry was 37.5℃ and 37.1℃ when taken again with a mercury-in-glass thermometer. After sampling by medics at the customs, he was later sent to a designated quarantine point on a designated vehicle for observation. Preliminary nucleic acid test results released on Mar. 19 and reviewed results released on Mar. 20 were both positive.

　　The patient has been transferred to Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital for treatment. The 1 person on the Chinese mainland who has been traced to have had close contact with the patient has been quarantined for medical observation.

　　Case 18, a 26-year-old male of Chinese nationality, returned to China from the United Kingdom. He flew from London to Dubai on flight EK004 on Mar. 17, then boarded flight EK0380 for Hong Kong on Mar. 18. He entered the Chinese mainland via Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint, and was sent to a designated quarantine point on a designated vehicle for observation on the early morning of Mar. 19 for reporting his history of residence in the United Kingdom. Preliminary nucleic acid test results and reviewed results released on Mar. 20 were both positive.

　　The patient has been transferred to Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital for treatment. The 2 persons on the Chinese mainland who have been traced to have had close contact with the patient have been quarantined for medical observation.

　　Case 19, a 20-year-old male of Chinese nationality, returned to China from the United Kingdom. He flew from London to Singapore on flight SQ317 on Mar. 17, then boarded flight SQ856 for Hong Kong on Mar. 18. He entered the Chinese mainland via Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint, and was later sent to a designated quarantine point on a designated vehicle for observation for reporting his history of residence in the United Kingdom and symptoms including fever. Preliminary nucleic acid test results released on Mar. 19 and reviewed results released on Mar. 20 were both positive.

　　The patient has been transferred to Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital for treatment. The 4 persons on the Chinese mainland who have been traced to have had close contact with the patient have been quarantined for medical observation.

　　As of Mar. 20, Shenzhen has confirmed a total of 436 COVID-19 cases. Another 1 patient was discharged from hospital the same day. Of the confirmed cases, 211 are male and 225 are female.

　　Currently, 1 patient is in severe condition and 410 have been discharged from hospital. 3 deaths have been reported so far.

　　All 23 patients are being treated at Shenzhen No. 3 People's Hospital. 178 people in close contact with the patients are under medical observation.

　　目前患者已被转到深圳市第三人民医院隔离治疗。经初步判定，在中国内地无密切接触者。

　　病例17

　　男，19岁，中国籍，由英国返回。3月16日从英国伦敦乘坐BA011航班飞往新加坡，17日到达新加坡，18日乘坐CX658航班从新加坡飞往中国香港，抵达香港后从深圳湾口岸入境，入境自动测温37.5℃，水银复测37.1℃，海关采样后由专车送往隔离观察。19日，新冠病毒核酸初筛阳性，20日深圳市疾控中心复核亦为阳性。

　　目前患者已被转到深圳市第三人民医院隔离治疗。经初步判定，在中国内地有1名密切接触者，已集中隔离。

　　病例18

　　目前患者已被转到深圳市第三人民医院隔离治疗。经初步判定，在中国内地有2名密切接触者，已集中隔离。

　　病例19

　　男，20岁，中国籍，由英国返回。3月17日乘坐从英国伦敦乘坐SQ317航班飞往新加坡，18日乘坐SQ856航班从新加坡飞往中国香港，抵达香港后从深圳湾口岸入境，因申报有英国居住史，自述曾发热，由专车送往隔离观察。19日，新冠病毒核酸初筛阳性，20日深圳市疾控中心复核亦为阳性。

　　目前患者已被转到深圳市第三人民医院隔离治疗。经初步判定，在中国内地有4名密切接触者，已集中隔离。

　　截至3月20日24时，深圳累计报告“新冠肺炎”病例436例。3月20日当天新增4例，出院1例。

　　累计报告确诊病例中，男性211例、女性225例。

　　目前，重症1例，死亡3例，累计出院410例。

　　23例确诊病例均在深圳市第三人民医院隔离治疗。

　　178名密切接触者正在接受医学观察。
