Longhua District is establishing a comprehensive, city-wide and robust "1+N+S" digital economy policy system with the widest coverage and the highest level of support.

"1" indicates a three-year work plan for developing digital economy.

"N" indicates inclusive policies for various industries and fields.

Headquarters economic enterprises that establish themselves in Longhua can be eligible for a maximum reward of 60 million yuan. Financial enterprises that choose Longhua as their location can receive a maximum reward of 50 million yuan. Projects related to digital transformation and upgrades may receive a maximum funding of 30 million yuan. Scientific and technological innovation projects that establish themselves in Longhua can benefit from a support package of up to 80 million yuan.

"S" indicates special policies for digital economy industry. The relevant preferential policies cover more than 10 industrial fields, more than 20 policies and a systematic policy system with a budget of over 3 billion yuan, aiming at accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system and promoting sustainable and high-quality economic development. 

Regarding investments in various technology-related platforms and projects:

• For investments in the industrial internet platform, the maximum reward is 10 million yuan.

• For investments in the artificial intelligence platform, the maximum reward is 20 million yuan.

• For investments in new display projects, the maximum funding available is 5 million yuan.

• For investments in blockchain listing projects, the maximum funding available is also 5 million yuan.
