Longhua District proactively pushes forward construction on several key infrastructure projects, ranging from transportation to public service facilities, in a bid to empower its high-quality development.

The district’s largest public culture facility cluster in Luhu Central Town, including a new library, cultural hall, grand theater and science museum, has roofed entirely and now awaits interior decoration and furnishing.

Other key projects under construction includes the Luhu Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 22 and CITY X, a large comprehensive residential complex developed by Horroy Group, multi-story industrial facilities in Phase 2 of Qinghu Cultural Industrial Park, redevelopment on industrial spaces in Fucheng South Area, Shenzhen No. 37 Senior High School, Guanhu Culture and Sports Center and Guanlan Sports Center.

Work on Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of Disabled Persons is expected to finish this year.
