Located at Qinghu Community in Longhua Subdistrict, Qinghu New Village covers an area of 10,500 square meters and accommodates some 25,000 people. Ninety percent of its residents are migrant workers. Qinghu Old Village, located to the east of the new village, preserves time-honored culture and tradition. It is home to the 700-year-old Sanjie Temple, which is on the intangible cultural heritage list of Shenzhen. After the renovation, the living environment of the new village has been greatly improved while the tradition of the old village is kept.
