Digital Longhua is trinity of digital economy, digital district and digital governance. So far, Longhua has 12 industrial clusters of digital economy, with 1,700-plus enterprises above designated scale and a total output value of over 520 billion yuan, forming a digital economy circle covering an area about 60 square kilometers with an output value of over 1 trillion yuan. Since 2020, the Longhua government has introduced a series of policies such as Ten Measures for Longhua Digital Economy Pilot Zone and Action Plan for Blockchain Pilot Zone to support the construction of the Digital Economy and Digital Technology and Ecology Park in cooperation with Tsinghua University and Peking University and to comprehensively optimize the business environment for the digital economy. Huawei, Tencent, Meituan, Ping An, and other world-leading enterprises have participated in strategic cooperation with Longhua to make it a high-standard digital economy pilot zone.
