In 2020, Longhua attracted 72 major corporate projects, including Meituan, Costco, Shenzhen COE Development Group, Shenzhen Galaxy Industry, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, and China Metallurgical Group 20 (MCC20), among others. An increasing number of enterprises are settling in Longhua to leverage its premium location in GBA, and they are helping to boost the high-quality leapfrog development taking place in the district.
