Fucheng Subdistrict is located at the northern end of Shenzhen’s central axis, in the northwest of Longhua District. It borders one city and one district — Dongguan City to the north and Guangming District to the west — and is adjacent to Guanlan and Guanhu Subdistricts to the east, and Longhua and Dalang Subdistricts to the south. The area enjoys convenient transportation, with 15 major roads including Guanlan Avenue and Guanguang Road, as well as over 30 secondary roads. Three metro stations—Zhucun, Xikeng, and Changhu—on Metro Line 4 are located within the subdistrict. Fucheng administers 10 community workstations, 13 neighborhood committees, 2 primary-level joint-stock companies, and 24 secondary-level joint-stock companies. It covers a total area of 29.91 square kilometers and has a registered population of 422,723 as of 2023, including 71,525 Shenzhen-registered residents and 1,102 residents from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas.
