In order to assist foreign residents in quickly integrating into community life, the LICC collaborates with relevant competent departments to provide residents with one-stop comprehensive administrative and consultation services, encompassing license processing, innovation and entrepreneurship, schooling and education, foreign-related notarization, and legal support, etc. For foreign-related enterprises, it provides guidance and consultation services on issues like the establishment and registration of foreign-invested enterprises, their relocation, and the transfer of shareholder equity.

• Facilitating Economy, Trade and Technology

The LICC promotes foreign investment and the establishment of new enterprises and international institutions projects in Longhua District, aiding the government in attracting investment. By connecting with renowned international organizations, government representative offices, international chambers of commerce, and higher education institutions, it facilitates local enterprises to go global. In collaboration with tech institutions and enterprise teams, the  LICC organize regular project roadshows and facilitates the introduction of technological and innovative projects, so as to propel the robust development of local industries such as next-generation IT, artificial intelligence, biopharmaceuticals and smart manufacturing.
