Luhu Central Town is located at a critical junction of Shenzhen’s “Central Excellence” and “Northward Expansion” strategies, with a planned area of 18.75 square kilometers and a core land area of 7.6 square kilometers. With the overall output value of industrial enterprises above designated size within this area exceeding 40 billion yuan, the town has been incorporated into Shenzhen’s National High-tech Zone (Longhua Industrial Park) and is one of the city’s top ten future industrial clusters. It has laid out plans for six major public buildings, including the Longhua District Theater, Library, and Science and Technology Museum. With a focus on the comprehensive services featuring “Administration + Technology + Culture”, the area aims to establish bio-pharmaceutical and smart manufacturing industrial cluster around Luhu Lake, positioning itself as a vibrant public center exerting impact on the central regions of Shenzhen and Dongguan.
