On the morning of September 22, the opening ceremony of the Low-altitude Economy Carnival of Longhua District, Shenzhen City was held at the Grand Skylight International Hotel Guanlan. The series of activities of the low-altitude economy officially kicked off, which will last more than a month.

The series of activities from September through October include 2023 Shenzhen Skills Competition - UAV Pilot Vocational Skills Competition Final of Longhua District, Celebration of the Maiden Flight of Low-altitude Tourist Route of Longhua District, Low-altitude Economy Industry Summit of Longhua District, The 7th Educational Drone Event and National Drone Professional Skills Competition,  Low-altitude Economy Promotion and Experience Exhibition of Longhua District, Low-attitude Economy Aerial Photographic Exhibition of Longhua District, Low-altitude Flight Performance of Longhua District. 

Introduction to the Low-altitude Economy Carnival in Longhua District of Shenzhen City

（一）The Opening Ceremony of the Low-altitude Economy Carnival of Longhua District, Shenzhen City (Sept. 22)

The opening ceremony released the Low-altitude Economy Indicator System, Low-altitude Economy Research and Innovation Platform, Low-altitude Economy Industrial Policies, Low-altitude Economy Industrial Association, List of Low-altitude Economy Application Scenarios as well as Low-altitude Digital Base and Low-altitude Flight Comprehensive Service Platform.

（二）2023 Shenzhen Skills Competition - UAV Pilot Vocational Skills Competition Finals of Longhua District (Sept. 23)

Themed around "Exploring Low-altitude New Economy, Pioneering New Development Tracks", the competition is to select and cultivate a cohort of highly skilled talent proficient in drone operation.

（三）Celebration of the Maiden Flight of Low-altitude Tourist Route of Longhua District (Oct. 23)

Under the new mode of "tourism+general aviation", the tourist route integrates the district's special cultural and tourist resources, aiming to play an exemplary role in leading the integrated development of relevant domains, enriching the district's tour-ecology and accelerating the upgrading of tourism.

（四）Low-altitude Economy Industry Summit of Longhua District (Oct. 24）

The summit hosts "low-altitude+" roundtable forums, corporate road shows, signing ceremonies and other activities. Representative enterprises from the low-altitude economic industrial chain both inside and outside the district will participate in the exhibition. The summit invites policy experts, industrial professionals, entrepreneurs investors, etc. in the field of low-altitude economy to gather together and exchange ideas about the development trend and key priorities of low-altitude industrial technologies. The purposes are to develop Longhua into a district of higher quality and of a higher level of development and to contribute to the sound and steady development of the low-altitude economy.

（五）The 7th Educational Drone Event and National Drone Professional Skills Competition (During the Carnival )

It is expected that approximately 100 teams will participate in the competition, involving a total of 2,000 on-site contestants. The competition includes "theoretical knowledge about drones" "drone assembly and adjustment", and "drone aerial photography and post-production and application".

（六）Low-altitude Economy Promotion and Experience Exhibition of Longhua District（During the Carnival）

There are multiple interactive experience areas in the Longhua Urban Hall, including drone operation area, science communication area, drone AR experience area, drone DIY design experience area, wind tunnel flight experience area (next to Uniworld) and so on, which creates a unique experience of "low-altitude economy".

（七）Low-attitude Economy Aerial Photographic Exhibition of Longhua District（During the Carnival）

In the early stage of the photographic exhibition, in collaboration with Xinhua News Agency, the 1st "Longteng Cup" Drone Aerial Photographic Competition of Longhua District, Shenzhen City will be held. After the competition, photographic exhibitions with the same theme will take place, which are titled "Charming Longhua", "Low-altitude Longhua", "Soaring Longhua" and "Dream Pursuing Longhua".

（八）Low-altitude Flight Performance of Longhua District (During the Carnival)

This activity is to be held every evening during the carnival. With the sky as the stage, the activities themed around spreading Longhua culture and developing the low-altitude economy, etc. vividly showcase the development of the low-altitude economy in Longhua to all participants and tourists.
