Longhua International Cooperation Center (LICC) is NOW recruiting organizations and partners! Join us!

Resident organizations will have free access to private or shared workspace and venues. Meanwhile, you will be provided with nameplate publicity, docking services, and other associated privileges.

Organization Settlement in LICC

1) Settlement Requirements

Categories of Resident Organizations: （One of the following requirements shall be met）

1. Foreign-related social organizations evaluated at or above 3A-level that have experience in carrying out foreign-related exchange activities or projects and can provide a certain amount of relevant services for Longhua District.

2. Organizations that intend to do substantive work in Longhua, Shenzhen, have experience in carrying out official foreign-related exchange activities and projects, and can offer LICC resource liaison and consultation service, as well as introduce enterprise and talent into Longhua.

3. Other social agencies and business associations that are reviewed and agreed upon by Longhua District Government, and can provide international professional service in areas such as policy, industry, academia, research, finance, etc.

Conditions for Applicants:

1. Applicants shall be legal entities that have all necessary licenses and certificates, standardized internal management and good operation mechanism ( if any organization has outstanding service capability and belongs to special industries, corresponding requirements can be relaxed after examination and approval of Foreign Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Longhua District).

2. Applicants shall have unique features and advantages in delivering professional service, as well as a solid reputation and significant influence within their respective service areas or industries.

3. Applicants shall be able to offer consultations, lectures, training sessions, forums and other activities related to their professional fields.

4. Applicants shall be able to provide services for the Chinese and foreign personnel, international talent or enterprises or introduce high-end resource elements into Longhua.

2) Material Requirements

1. Application Form for Settlement

Fill out “Application Form for Settlement in Longhua International Cooperation Center” (See the “Applicaton Procedure” on the next page).

2. Work Plan

Submit a clearly-defined work plan including the scope of work, development vision, and plans for substantive communication and collaboration in the corresponding fields with Longhua and LICC.

3. Supporting Documents

Submit legal and valid documents, including business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, legal person certificate, or business license with unified social credit code, etc. For the supporting documents, a photocopy with an official seal shall be provided.

4. Introductory Materials

Submit introductory materials of theapplicant organization, including but not limited to introductions to resident organization, organizational members, projects, exchanges and cooperation with China.

5. Other Materials

Other materials to prove the qualifications of the applicant are also required.

(The above materials shall be attached and uploaded via the attachment portal in the Application Form.)

3) Applicaton Procedure

1. Application

Scan the QR code and submit the application form.

2. Preliminary Review

Longhua International Cooperation Center will conduct the preliminary review of the application materials, give the review opinions within 5 working days and submit them to the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Longhua District.

3. Review and Approval

Foreign Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Longhua District will give review opinion within 15 workdays and put on record if approved.

4. Settlement

After the completion of review and approval, LICC will issue a copy of “Notification on Settlement” within 1 workday and assit to sign a cooperation agreement with the applicant. The applicant shall undergo relevant procedures with the notification document.

Recruitment of Partners

1)Types of Partners to be Recruited:

1. Representative offices of international organizations in China (Shenzhen).

2. Offices of foreign governmental agencies in China (Shenzhen).

3. Chambers of commerce and associations that get registered in Shenzhen, that undertake business in conformity with or closely related to the key supported industries of Longhua District, and that can provide domestic and foreign high-end talent with desirable technology, fund, market, policy and other supportive services.

4. Foreign chambers of commerce, namely non-profit social groups comprised of foreign-invested enterprises within the territory of China.

5. Foreign-related enterprises, including foreign-funded enterprises and China-invested transnational enterprises, etc.

6. Famous domestic and foreign institutions of higher education, such as the top 150 colleges and universities in the rankings of QS, THE, ARWU, and domestic ones on the Double First-Class University Project.

7. Authorities in various fields.

2)Partner Recruitment Procedure:

1. Scan the QR code and submit the application form.

2. Investigate and check qualifications of candidate partners.

3. Review the project cooperation plan.

4. Sign memorandums of cooperation.

5. Communicate and provide feedback.

6. Supervise and evaluate.

7. Renew and terminate agreements.

LICC offers various types of business meeting rooms and space for cultural exchanges.

◎ Brand Promotion

LICC assists the agencies that settle in our center in holding project promotions, international seminars, business forums and so on and promote contacts between government sectors and agencies that settle in our center, foreign-related enterprises and industry associations.

◎ Foreign-related Service

LICC provides consulting service in the area of business dispatch certificate handling, talent introduction, immigrant integration, policy, legal and related business consultaion. We also provide foreign-related enterprises with handling service and consulting service in registration, transfer, equity transfer and other business.

◎ Legal Support

LICC provides services such as legal consultation related to foreign-related business operations, acceptance and coordination of complaints about foreign-related business operations.

◎ International Business

LICC provides guidance on business affairs, economic and commercial activities, facilitates contact between industries, interprets policies concerning intellectual property, innovation and entrepreneurship, investment, financing etc., as well as makes country-by-country policy explanation. We will invite experts to give special lectures in the fields of business, science and technology and innovation on a regular basis, hold a matchmaking meeting for companies to create a platform for mutual exchanges and cooperation.

Located in a world-class office building in OCT Central One, LICC operates in Shenzhen North Railway Station International Business District, one of Shenzhen Headquarters Economic Clusters, and takes within half an hour to reach the major cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
