01 Business Scope
Foreigner's Work Permit in China:
(1) Foreigner's Work Permit in China (90 days or more);
(2) Foreigner's Work Permit in China(90 days or less);
(3) Extension of Foreigner's Work Permit in China;
(4) Cancellation of Foreigner's Work Permit in China;
(5) Amendment of Foreigner's Work Permit in China.
02 Handling Procedures
I. Online document submission
Visit Service System for Foreigners Working in China(website: https://fwp.safea.gov.cn/lhgzweb/)
or Shenzhen Foreigner Integrated Service Management Platform(website: https://wgfw.ga.sz.gov.cn/) for online application and document submission.
Ⅱ. Business acceptance
After passing the preliminary review via Service System for Foreigners Working in China or making a successful appointment at Shenzhen Foreigner Integrated Service Management Platform, please call or use the Mini Program to make an appointment for registration and handling at LICC (Tel. 0755-27617814, the appointment process is detailed in Part 03 below)
After the applicant or the employer’s representative submits original paper documentsto LICC and the documents are verified to be correct, the application will be accepted.
Ⅲ. Get an Electronic Work permit

STEP1. Search for "电子社保卡" (Electronic Social Security Card) in your app store and download the app.
STEP2. Use your work permit number to register and follow the steps below to claim your electronic social security card:
