作为一座活力澎湃的创新城区，龙华正融入全球化浪潮，在产业、科技、教育、城区建设等各领域不断迈向新高度。围绕这一主题，参赛选手可立足不同身份，描绘心中的“未来龙华”，讲述个人成长与城市发展的交织故事，分享生活里与国际元素碰撞的火花。
As a dynamic, innovative district, Longhua is embracing globalization and constantly reaching new heights in industry, technology, education, urban development, and other fields. With this as the event theme, participants are expected to describe “The Future in Longhua” based on their different identities, narrate stories that weave personal growth into urban development and capture life’s sparks with international elements.
【比赛形式】Competition Format
比赛分为中国居民组和外国居民组，中国居民讲英语，外国居民讲汉语，中外居民双语演讲比赛分为初赛和决赛两个阶段进行。
Participants are divided into two groups: Chinese residents and expat residents. Chinese residents are supposed to give an English speech and expat residents, a Chinese speech. The contest consists of two stages: preliminaryand final.

结合活动主题，题目自拟。
自行录制演讲视频（加上双语字幕），视频时长不超过1分30秒。需另附双语演讲文字稿，随视频一起提交。
*选手承诺参赛演讲作品只用于2025年龙华区“中外居民双语演讲比赛”。
Develop your own speech topic inspired by the event theme. Record a speech video within 1m30s (with bilingual subtitles). A bilingual script must be submitted separately as an attachment along with the video.
* Participants warrant that entries will be used exclusively for the 2025 Longhua District “Bilingual Speech Contest for Chinese and Foreign Residents”.

Step2.点击“发消息”，发送关键词“2025双语演讲比赛报名”，即可获取报名链接。
Click "Send message", send the keyword "2025 Bilingual Speech Competition"and you will receive the registration link.
报名成功后，参赛选手需将视频作品和文字稿以附件的形式发送至指定邮箱：szsmjwy2025@163.com，邮件标题为“名字+国籍+题目+2025年中外居民双语演讲比赛报名”（姓名和联系方式请与报名表内信息保持一致）。
After successful registration, please email your video work and script as attachments to: szsmjwy2025@163.com. Email subject format:
Name+Nationality+Title+Registration for 2025 Bilingual Speech Competition for Chinese and Expat Residents(Name and contact details must be consistent with those in registration form).
评审流程

- 评委将对报名作品进行初筛，参赛视频符合规定进入初赛的选手可获得大赛颁发参赛证明。
Judges will conduct a preliminary review of all submissions. Participants whose works meet the requirements and are selected into the preliminary will receive a certificate of participation.
- 评委对进入初赛的作品打分并取平均值，最终评选出中国居民10人、外籍居民10人进入决赛。评选结果将通过邮箱进行通知，并在公众号同步公布入选名单和决赛时间。
Preliminary entries will be scored by judges using standard averaging. 10 Chinese residents and 10 expat residents will progress to finals. Finalists will receive individual notification via email and meanwhile full finalist list and final schedule will be released on our official WeChat account.

培训内容：培训通过腾讯会议形式进行，主要围绕演讲技巧、演讲框架以及内容安排、对主题的解读和舞台表现等方面来展开。
Content:The training will be conducted via Tencent Meeting. The content includes speaking skills, speech framework, content arrangement, interpretation of the contest theme, stage performance, among others.

比赛环节
Contest Section
决赛环节由命题演讲和即兴演讲两个环节组成，演讲结束后，评委将进行点评、提问，并现场打分，公布比赛结果。
In the final, a participant is supposed to give a prepared speech and an impromptu speech. Afterwards, judges will provide commentary, pose questions, score performances live, and announce the results.
奖项设置
Work Requirements
活动将设置一等奖2名、二等奖6名、三等奖10名，共18名获奖者（中国居民组：外籍居民组的比例是9:9）。此外，还有单项奖——最佳创意奖1名、最佳表达奖1名、最佳风采奖1名。获奖选手将获得奖杯、荣誉证书及智能家电、生活用品、电子产品等精美奖品！
A total of 18 awards will be presented: 2 first prize winners, 6 second prize winners and 10 third prize winners (allocated equally between Chinese and foreign residents: 9:9 ratio ). Additionally, special individual awards include: Best Creativity Award: 1 winner; Best Delivery Award: 1 winner; Best Stage Performance Award: 1 winner. All award recipients will receive a trophy, an honorary certificate, and prizes including smart home appliances, daily necessities, and electronics!
