What is Ba Duan Jin?
Ba Duan Jin is a comprehensive and independent set of traditional Chinese fitness exercises, comprised of eight (separate and interconnected) movements. Centered on the spine, it features gentle and continuous motions. Through symmetrical left and right movements, coordinated forward and back stretches, and integrated motion from head to toe, it mobilises every joint, muscle, and tendon in the body. This promotes the smooth circulation of qi and blood, strengthening the body for health preservation and recovery. It is suitable for men and women of all ages.

Professional Bilingual Instruction
