The workshop featured Rita Gimenez, founder of Shenzhen’s Dynamic Public Diplomacy (DPD), as the keynote speaker. Drawing on years of European market consulting experience, she provided tailored direction across three core modules—product adaptation, compliance certification, and channel partnership identification—to help enterprises optimize their European internationalization strategies.

On compliance certification, she systematically outlined key regulatory frameworks including General Data Protection Regulation and accessibility requirements. She emphasized that compliance should be viewed as a strategic investment spanning the entire product lifecycle, requiring enterprises to establish sustainable compliance management systems to address evolving regulatory demands.

Trust forms the bedrock of European business logic, with long-term stable partnerships being the core for market expansion. Regarding channel and partner development, Rita recommended that enterprises should leverage multiple pathways—including professional platforms, industry associations, and industrial clusters—to build local networks. This represents an efficient breakthrough strategy for Chinese companies entering Europe.

During the open discussion session, participants shared insights based on their own business challenges and real-world case studies. They collaboratively explored key issues such as market entry priorities, partner selection criteria, and localized narrative frameworks, providing clear actionable guidance for future initiatives.

Through expert content sharing and hands-on discussions, this workshop empowered enterprises to systematically understand European market dynamics, mitigate common entry risks, and lay the groundwork for future resource connections. Moving forward, LICC will continue addressing enterprises' internationalization needs by launching specialized events and services tailored to diverse regional markets and business requirements, thereby building a supportive ecosystem for cross-border development.
