Under the coach's guidance, participants started through basic moves such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Some turned around to high-five their teammates right after making a shot, while others laughed and called out, "One more". With every pass, every bit of teamwork, and every "Good job", the atmosphere on the court quickly heated up, and the energy rose with it.

02.Table Tennis Time

were not very familiar with table tennis,

but once they gave it a try,

The coach demonstrated each movement while helping everyone get a feel for the right amount of force and the rhythm of the shot, allowing participants to gradually build confidence and control through practice. After a few rallies, some of them smiled and said, "This is really fun", while others became more and more immersed in the game. Through each back-and-forth exchange, participants experienced the rhythm and enjoyment of the sport and were quietly won over by the charm of table tennis.

The coach patiently explained the fundamentals, including how to hold the racket and swing properly, and guided participants step by step in learning how to hit the ball with correct form. Everyone stayed fully engaged, their eyes closely following the ball, as they carefully repeated the movements after the coach and gradually found their rhythm through each swing.

By the end of the event, what stayed with everyone was not just the spacious venue and the wide variety of sports facilities, but also the conversations, interactions, and connections that happened naturally through movement and play.

From touring the venue to stepping onto the courts, this event gave participants a more vivid and direct sense of Longhua's vitality, friendliness, and warmth as an international urban district. Looking ahead, Shenzhen Longhua International Cooperation Center will continue to launch more dynamic and engaging international urban experience events, creating more opportunities for Chinese and international residents to experience Longhua, connect with Longhua, and get to know the district in real and meaningful ways.
