Longhua warmly welcomes guests from all over the world.A greeting, an introduction, a response —all showcase Longhua's international image. To empower everyone to speak confidently, communicate clearly, present effectively, and handle interact easily, "Longhua International Promotion Officer"Foreign Language Training Camp has officially begun!

On May 9, the first session of the "Longhua International Promotion Officer" Foreign Language Training Camp and "Longgong School" Foreign Affairs Service Activities was successfully held. The activity was co-organized by the Longhua District Foreign Affairs Office, the Longhua District Organization Department, and the Longhua District Federation of Trade Unions, with the Shenzhen Longhua International Cooperation Center serving as host. 130 staff representatives from across the district participated in the activity. Focusing on "Knowing Longhua: City Image & Daily-life Convenience", participants practiced real-life scenarios to improve their English communication skills and cross-cultural interaction abilities.

The session began with a focus on introducing Longhua and discussing everyday life.Participants learned essential vocabulary and practical expressions.

From Longhua's location and highlights, to transportation, healthcare, education, and housing, every word and phrase could be applied directly in real-life interactions.

In class, participants listened, took notes, and refined familiar content, turning it into more accurate and natural English expressions.


Scenario 1: 

First Meeting & Introducing Longhua

Participants practiced welcoming, self-introductions, and introducing the district clearly.Then they moved into group exercises, rotating roles in real situations. Greetings, introductions, and questions echoed around the room, conversations flowed naturally, and the classroom buzzed with energy and focus—just like a real reception.



Scenario Two: 

Helping New Residents Navigate Life in Longhua

Participants learned expressions for shopping, dining, healthcare, transportation, schooling, and housing. Each vocabulary item and sentence pattern was practiced in realistic dialogue.

During group exercises, participants simulated interacting with newcomers to Longhua. Questions and answers rotated naturally, language flowed smoothly, and each exchange helped build confidence and a sense of familiarity with real-life scenarios.


Every vocabulary lesson and every scenario practice lays the foundation for real-life communication. Next, participants will tackle with more scenarios:promoting investment in Longhua,introducing cultural and tourism highlights,and engaging in international exchanges. The more they practice, they have better abilities to tell Longhua's story in English becomes.
