A precise industry introduction,a professional investment consultation –both can facilitate foreign investment land in Longhua.

Following the first session of the "City Image & Daily-life Convenience"themed training, the second session of the the "Longhua International Promotion Officer" Foreign Language Training Camp and "Longgong School" Foreign Affairs Service Activities was successfully held on 15 May, bringing together 70 employee representatives from across the district. Centred on the theme "Investing in Longhua: Industrial Advantages & Business Environment". The program expanded foreign affairs reception capabilities from everyday service scenarios to industrial promotion and investment consultation contexts through real-life scenario simulations.

During the training, participants explored Longhua's "1+2+3" modern industrial system and mastered 30 industry and business-environment vocabulary items, including "trillion-yuan cluster", "lighthouse factory", "low-altitude economy", and "vertical factory".
Through interactive learning and hands-on practice, participants translated familiar industrial concepts and advantages into practical English expressions that could be directly applied in international communication. Their notes were filled not just with vocabulary, but with useful expressions and communication strategies ready for real-world use.

Three Minutes to Showcase Longhua's Industrial Strength.
Using a structured industry promotion framework of "Overview → Example → Strength → Deep-dive", participants carried out practical on-site exercises designed to strengthen their industrial communication skills.
Working in pairs, participants drew topics from six major sectors, including smart terminals, networks and comms, the low-altitude economy, the digital economy, modern fashion, and new energy, and took on the role of Longhua industry promoters.
Some participants introduced Longhua through the "1+2+3" modern industrial system, while others used companies such as Meituan as case studies to illustrate industrial development and innovation scenarios. Participants actively shared ideas, rotated roles, and continuously refined their presentations, creating an atmosphere that closely resembled the reception of international business and trade delegations.

This session also addressed a highly practical question: 'How should foreign investors proceed if they want to establish a company, apply for subsidies, or secure industrial space in Longhua?'
Participants engaged in role-playing exercises featuring various international investor identities, including US biotech-startup founder, European investment-fund manager, SE-Asian e-commerce entrepreneur, Japanese manufacturing executive, and HK/Macao young entrepreneur.
From "Instant Approval" business registration services to "No-Application" channel, from up to 3 million yuan in supporting high-level talents to 5 million sqm of 'vertical factories', participants practiced three essential skills throughout the exercises: listening carefully to investors' needs, providing targeted recommendations, and offering practical and actionable solutions.
Every accumulation of knowledge and every practical exerciseis preparation for real international reception scenarios. More themed sessions are coming soon, including "Living in Longhua", "Cultural and Tourism Promotion" and "International Exchange", helping participants gain the confidence to speak up, communicate accurately, and respond professionally while sharing Longhua's story with the world.
