This lecture will features Professor Jia Kai, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and PhD graduate of Tsinghua University.

Focusing on the theme "Industrial Transformation and Global Governance in the New Stage of AI Evolution," the lecture will explore how the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence is reshaping industrial structures, international rules, technical standards, and global digital governance systems.

Based on Longhua's strengths as a major manufacturing district and its openness-oriented development, the lecture will also discuss how Longhua can seize the opportunity of Shenzhen hosting APEC, promote AI-powered manufacturing upgrading, strengthen its capacity to align with international technical standards, participate in global digital governance, and handle foreign-related technology affairs.
