Last year, the partnership between Longhua and Navarra marked a highlight.

This year, we join hands once again.

At the matchmaking session, Zhang Zhi, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Longhua District Committee and Director General of the District Committee (Government) Office, delivered a welcoming address. He emphasized that hosting this enterprise matchmaking and exchange meeting aims to translate the promising visions outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly Exchanges and Cooperation into tangible cooperation outcomes. He expressed his expectation that, taking this exchange as an opportunity, both sides would further deepen pragmatic cooperation in fields such as automobile manufacturing, energy storage technology, and artificial intelligence, thereby achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

To facilitate the precise alignment of industrial resources, the event featured a dedicated corporate presentation segment. Six leading institutions and enterprises from Navarra, including Fundación CENER (National Renewable Energy Centre) and NAIR Center (Navarra Artificial Intelligence Research Centre), showcased Europe's cutting-edge technologies and collaborative proposals.

Meanwhile, representatives from the Shenzhen National Institute of High-Performance Medical Devices, Shenzhen Better Power Battery, Shenzhen GS Park, and Shenzhen Chuangyingxin Industrial took turns to take the stage, demonstrating Shenzhen's robust industrial strengths in high-end medical devices, new energy storage, and smart hardware.

The session sparked dynamic interactions, with both sides conducting thorough discussions on specific projects. Navarra representatives actively sought supply chain partnerships with Longhua in new energy and intelligent manufacturing. Meanwhile, Longhua enterprises expressed strong interest in leveraging Navarra's platform to advance their European market strategies.

From the initial contact in July 2025 and the signing of the memorandum in November, to Highstar Storage’s planned construction of a large-scale energy storage battery factory in Navarra in 2026, today's matchmaking session marks an upgraded milestone in the bilateral cooperation.

This dialogue across mountains and seas is not only a mutually beneficial integration of innovative resources but also a vivid practice of Longhua’s efforts to build an international innovation ecosystem. Moving forward, LICC will continue to build bridges of communication, helping more local enterprises connect with the global market.
