Shenzhen Instituition of Social Organizations is spearheaded by three social combinations, namely the Shenzhen Federation of Social Organisations, the Shenzhen Charity Association and the Shenzhen Federation of Enterprises, with the participation of experts and scholars from Tsinghua University, Shenzhen University, the Comprehensive Development Research Institute and other research institutes. The Shenzhen Institute of Social Organisations mainly carries out policy research, performance evaluation, capacity building and platform construction related to the development of social organisations, and actively links up resources from various parties to build social innovation platforms across the border for poverty alleviation and development, elderly care services, environmental protection, community services, etc., so as to stimulate the vitality of social organisations and promote the development of the social service industry.
