The China-Arab Economic and Cultural Association (hereinafter referred to as ACC), established in 2005, is the only organization authorized by the League of Arab States to be established in China. Its main operating location is at the Shenzhen International Technology Business Platform, and it has branches in Guangzhou, Egypt, Qatar, Lebanon, and other countries or regions.

The ACC is a non-profit organization of the Arab League in southern China; its mission is to promote interaction and communication between Chinese and Arab enterprises, strengthen economic and commercial relations, and thereby promote the complementarity and exchange of bilateral trade and investment.
