A total of 15,294 households were deemed qualified to buy the city's first batch of talent housing units, according to a notice released by the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau recently.
The city's first batch of talent housing project included six residential compounds located in Bao'an, Longgang, Longhua and Guangming districts.
The six compounds offer 4,422 apartments in total including 1,957 two-bedroom flats and 2,465 three-bedroom units. The average price per unit of talent housing ranges from 20,520 yuan (US$2866.6) to 44,900 yuan per square meter.
A total of 16,305 households submitted an application for the talent housing and 15,294 among them were deemed qualified. The lists of the qualified households are being published on the website of the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and each district government's official website for public review until tomorrow.
Those who have objections can submit written reports or send emails to the city's housing management authority. Citizens are also welcome to report violations.
