A service center for inbound travelers from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) has been launched at Galabay–Hong Kong Macao Bay in Minzhi Subdistrict, Longhua District.

The center offers Cantonese-speaking tour guides, local communication services, free parking, and shuttle buses connecting Shenzhen North Railway Station with Galabay–Hong Kong Macao Bay.

In addition, the shopping complex—an exemplary cultural and tourism project in the district—has introduced a mini program to keep Hong Kong visitors informed about current promotions, tourism highlights, and policy updates.

The center aims to serve as a model for Shenzhen–Hong Kong integrated development and the cross-border cultural and tourism consumption industries. It will work with travel agencies to develop travel routes and tourism packages that emphasize shopping, ecological experiences, and the ice and night-time economies.
