The Longhua Zijin Experimental School, which is jointly hosted by Longhua District Government and the local government of Zijin County, Heyuan City, was inaugurated on Sept. 7.

The opening of the school marks an important milestone of the cooperation between the district and the county in education and also a great achievement of the county’s poverty alleviation work, which has been supported by Longhua District in light of the country’s rural revitalization strategy.

At the school’s inauguration ceremony, Wang Yuxi, head of the district’s education bureau, donated a batch of teaching equipment and materials to the school on behalf of the district and presented a self-composed poverty alleviation song.

Xu Zhibin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Longhua District Committee of the Communist Party of China and executive district mayor, expressed hope that more teachers from Longhua District can make their contributions to the county rural revitalization work through teaching and displaying their talents at the school.
