Acceptance requirements

A branch of a foreign-invested company may be deregistered when one of the following conditions is met:

1. It has been ordered to be revoked by the parent company;

2. It has been ordered to close down according to the law;

3. It has had its business license suspended or revoked by a competent administrative authority;

4. Where the deregistration of a branch of a foreign-invested company must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authority.
